Episode Transcript: Choosing Light in a Time of Fear
What’s happening in Venezuela right now is heavy.
It’s unsettling. It’s scary for a lot of people. It’s bringing up fear, anger, division, and doubt. We’re questioning what we’re being told. We’re questioning the integrity of the people involved. We’re questioning the information itself.
And this isn’t about what political side you’re on. This isn’t about ideology.
This is about the energy of the moment.
Because the energy feels dense. It feels charged. It feels destabilizing.
So I went into spirit and asked: What are we meant to learn from this?
The message I received was simple but powerful:
Our emotions are superpowers.
Every emotion we feel is a tool. And we have a choice about which tool we use.
When we choose fear, we are using fear as our superpower. When we choose anger, hatred, or distrust, we are putting that frequency into the field. We are sending that vibration into our bodies, into our communities, and into the collective consciousness of the planet.
Fear is a frequency. Hatred is a frequency. And they are heavy. They sit low. They stay in the muck.
But when we choose love, compassion, trust, or hope, those are frequencies too. They are lighter. They move differently. They ripple differently.
And spirit showed me something even deeper.
Above emotion — even above love — is light.
Light exists beyond emotional frequency. Light is not reactive. Light is not tangled in narrative. Light is essence.
When we focus on emotion alone, even positive emotion, we’re still operating within a spectrum of reaction. But when we choose light — when we identify as light — something shifts.
Light lifts us above the muck. Light moves us into a higher dimension of response. Light calls to other light. And that ripple effect is more powerful than fear, more powerful than anger, more powerful than outrage.
So when we ask how we should feel about what’s happening in Venezuela — or anywhere in the world — the answer isn’t suppression.
You can feel your emotions. You absolutely can. But use them consciously.
Know that each emotion carries a frequency. Know that each one affects your nervous system. Know that each one affects the bodies of people around you. Know that each one affects the global field.
And then ask yourself:
What do I want to contribute?
Do I want to amplify fear? Or do I want to amplify light?
For me, I don’t want to sit in fear. I don’t want to broadcast anger. And I don’t even want to force love toward people I don’t understand.
I want to be light.
Not emotional light. Not performative compassion. Just light. Essence. Presence. Clarity.
We are going to get more and more opportunities like this. Moments where the field feels unstable. Moments where information is confusing. Moments where division feels easy.
And each one is an invitation.
What tool will you use?
The more conscious we become about our energetic choices, the more powerful we become in shaping the collective field.
This is not passive. This is not spiritual bypassing. This is energetic leadership.
It is the time of the light worker. And light is not naive. Light is clear. Light is sovereign. Light is powerful.
So feel into that. See if it resonates. And if it does — share your light.
The field needs it.
Thank you for your service.
