Chris Alyssia (Host):
Welcome to Ascended Warrior: Soul Codes for a Shifting World. This is your sacred space to awaken, align, and rise in your purpose. So let’s begin.
Hello, friends. My name is Chris Alyssia—spiritual mentor, channel, and founder of Ascended Warrior. It’s an overwhelming time for many. You can’t turn on the news or open social media without being told how bad everything is. I don’t subscribe to that. I believe we are spiritual beings having a human experience, and that’s the lens I use to interpret our world.
I look at current events through spiritual connection and conversations with higher guidance, and I share those messages with anyone who resonates. Each episode includes channeled insights and spiritual interpretations of what’s happening right now. We’ll talk about the soul—why we’re here, what we’re doing—and we’ll often close with guided meditations, tarot, or soul codes to activate our gifts and transmute fear. Whether you’re a healer, seeker, lightworker, or simply curious, I hope this message supports you.
If you feel you were born to stand in the light and that this is your moment, you’re in the right place. This is the path of the warrior: holding your own, knowing who and what you are, why you’re here, and what you’re meant to do. Ascended Warrior exists for anyone walking that path.
My Path
I’ve been a spiritual seeker my whole life. I grew up around many traditions—Protestant (lightly), Catholic, and Jewish practices through family and step-family—and as a kid I explored Wiccan and Native American traditions. Early on I realized the same thing kept happening: pieces of many religions resonated, but none fit fully. I also saw the lack of acceptance that can exist in traditional spaces. That pushed me to ask deeper questions: What do I believe? What makes me human? Why am I here? What is the purpose of life?
After 9/11, I joined the U.S. Air Force and worked in IT, which came naturally. But when I raised my hand to serve, I unknowingly severed parts of my emotional and spiritual self. I didn’t realize how much that choice would challenge my spiritual path. In uniform, I shut down emotion, avoided letting feelings drive decisions, and stopped seeking. The label “airman” became so defining that when I left the military, I didn’t know who I was without it—an experience many veterans share.
The military gives you a clear identity with sharp edges—you know your role, your strengths, your weaknesses. You’re shaped into a puzzle piece that fits the larger DoD machine. When you get out, no one defines you, so you often try to fill the gap with new labels. But no one is just one thing. We are tapestries—thousands of unique colors.
When I left, I hit a wall. Old injuries hurt. I wasn’t sleeping. I was overworking and unhappy. I didn’t feel grounded and didn’t know why—until one day I simply crashed.
The Turning Point
My dad followed the teachings of Edgar Cayce, the “sleeping prophet,” and encouraged meditation and deep spiritual work. In the middle of a panic attack, I called him. He told me to get away for the weekend and attend an Edgar Cayce retreat. So I did—into the Blue Ridge Mountains—where I basically cried for two days.
It was a senior retreat; only a few of us were under 40. I broke open there. I remembered I was on a spiritual journey that wouldn’t disappear just because I’d adopted a shiny, rigid label. The retreat reminded me why I’m here—not as a human chasing status, but as a soul with a larger purpose than money, popularity, or titles.
The warrior’s path is constant remaking—remodeling, honest introspection, and the willingness to see ourselves fully: the good, the bad, the uncomfortable, and what lies beyond. Own it. Transform it. Don’t hide from it. That’s what makes us warriors.
After that catalyst, I dove back in: reading, studying, and remembering—past lives, gifts, energy beyond the physical, the “life between lives.” Each realization led to another, more profound one.
In recent years, I began sharing what I’ve learned to help others on their journeys—through past-life work, tarot, energy and Reiki, angels, starseeds, and more. All of it came together as what I call the Pattern of Spirituality. When I asked my guides what to call my role, I heard: “Spiritual Conductor.”
A spiritual conductor hears the different notes—life events—and understands how they fit into the Song of Life, the Pattern. I learned how my experiences compose the symphony of my soul, why certain notes had to play when they did, and how each one allowed the music to unfold perfectly. That’s the perspective I bring here: helping us reframe what’s happening in the world.
Why the World Feels Chaotic
Looking at today’s events, it can feel like everything is going wrong—overwhelming, purposeless, out of our control. Many souls are choosing to leave right now. That’s not a judgment; it’s a choice. Those who remain have volunteered to be here because this time needs our energy and gifts.
This podcast will help you understand soul contracts, karmic ties, Earth’s evolution, and your place in it. You are a warrior in a time of ascension.
For our first episode, I did a tarot reading focused on the U.S. economy, including tariffs and political shifts—not to name-call or judge individuals, but to return to this central truth: we are souls having a human experience.
What the Cards Revealed (U.S. Economy)
In meditation, I asked for guidance on the U.S. economy—past, present, and future—and channeled through the cards. The message: the original structure of the U.S. carries a duality and an illusion.
Two impulses helped found the nation:
- Pioneers and pilgrims seeking freedom, discovery, and the dignity of building something new.
- Power-seekers attracted to untapped resources and the chance to build hidden structures that channeled wealth and influence upward.
So, a forward-facing image of freedom and patriotism sat atop an underlying system designed to consolidate power. According to the reading, the present is a burning away of that illusion. The “gentrified” veneer is being burned off so we can see what was always there. That visibility can make us want to shut down—but the guidance is to stand in the light and keep shining it on the veils until they dissolve.
We must ground, beacons rather than reactors. Discern with the heart, not just the head. The mind’s job is survival; the heart understands the pattern. As we hold heart-led discernment, we don’t get swallowed by the shenanigans of the moment.
The cards show the U.S. as a catalyst. What happens here ripples outward, supporting the breakdown of entrenched Western power structures and opening space for something more aligned with where humanity is going. On the other side of this work: greater spiritual connection, clearer access to guidance, and a “marriage” of higher energy with physical life—a culmination after long cycles of effort.
This is our senior year. The graduation is the integration of our human and higher selves—the ability to be ourselves, speak truth, and live more freely.
How to Move Through This
- Discern with your heart. When information hits your feed, imagine your heart opening and feeling for truth. Keep what resonates; let the rest go.
- Don’t feed emotional outrage. It drains you and strengthens the illusion.
- Stay expansive. Do not shut down or hide. Your grounded presence alone shifts the field around you.
- Remember why you came. You volunteered to be here. You are strong enough.
We cannot build a new world on old structures. This transformation is intentional and exactly on time. By standing strong—present, calm, and connected—you help usher in a reality aligned with truth.
Please remember: you are here for a reason. You are not alone. If this resonates, share it with those aligned with this message and join me for future episodes and readings.
Thank you for listening. Love and light.
