“What It Really Means To Be Human”

Welcome to Ascended Warrior: Soul Codes for a Shifting World. This is your sacred space to awaken, align, and rise in your purpose. So let’s begin.

Welcome back, everyone. Today’s episode is a continuation of last week’s theme on dehumanization, because the response to that episode made something very clear: many of us still don’t understand what it truly means to be human.

We think of humanity as skin deep — skin color, gender, religion, nationality, political affiliation. We categorize ourselves and each other using simple labels: “criminal,” “immigrant,” “illegal alien,” “terrorist,” “other.” But those labels tell us nothing about a soul having a human experience. They don’t reflect the complexity of who we really are.

So today’s episode explores a deeper truth:
What actually makes us human?
Why do we separate ourselves from each other?
And how can we begin to see each other through the heart instead of the mind?

Opening the Heart

As always, we begin by opening the heart space.
Settle into your body.
Take a deep breath.
Feel your heart beating — that gentle, steady rhythm.

Visualize emerald-green light spiraling in your chest, expanding and glowing brighter with each breath. This is your heart opening. This is your knowing.
Let the message of this episode move through your heart, not your head.

The Illusion of “Other”

Part of the human experience is the desire to belong — to be part of a community, to be accepted, to avoid being “other.” And yet, the very things we use to categorize ourselves are only shiny objects.

They are external. Surface-level. Distracting.

Social media, appearances, labels, accents, skin tone, body size — these are not who we are. They are accessories.
But because they’re easy, because they’re obvious, we use them to judge. We assume we know who someone is based on a single image, a single action, or a single label.

But none of us fit inside those boxes — not truly.

Even twins, born at the exact same time and raised the same way, become completely different humans. Why? Because what makes us human goes far deeper than physical form or social role.

Why We Seek — and Why We Get Distracted

Our souls come to Earth with an instinct to seek. We seek connection because on the soul level we’re never alone. We seek belonging because we remember, deep down, that we are all connected.

But on Earth, that instinct becomes distorted.

Instead of seeking true connection, we seek conformity.
We try to fit into groups that make us feel safe.
We follow and mimic others so we won’t be rejected.
We avoid being “too different” because difference threatens our sense of belonging.

This is where fear and division are born — not from truth, but from illusion.

The Trap of the Shiny Object

The physical world is designed to distract us.
Appearance, body, voice, language, clothes, social roles — all shiny objects that pull our attention away from the soul.

We forget to see ourselves clearly.
And because we don’t understand ourselves, we can’t possibly understand others.

If we look only at the surface, we miss the depth — the soul that chose this body, this life, this moment, and this journey with astonishing precision.

The Soul’s Preparation for Incarnation

Before we incarnate, the preparation is extraordinary.
Through regression work, we can see this clearly:

  • We meet with guides and choose the lessons our soul wants to learn.
  • We choose our parents, our siblings, our culture, the country we will be born into, and even the exact moment of birth to align with specific star energies.
  • We choose the physical body — its strengths, its weaknesses, its challenges and advantages.
  • We choose our experiences, our relationships, our opportunities for awakening.

By the time we take our first breath, the physical form is simply the vehicle, not the truth of who we are.

The same is true for every person on this planet — including those we judge most harshly.

Seeing the Human Behind the Label

When we label someone based on a single action or attribute, we ignore the vast tapestry that created them.

We don’t see the soul that chose their path.
We don’t see the years of experiences, culture, trauma, and conditioning that shaped their reactions.
We don’t see the cosmic intentionality that placed them in their body, in their family, and in this moment of time.

To judge someone on a snapshot is to miss nearly all of what makes them human.

The Role of Social Media in Awakening

As chaotic as social media feels, Spirit is clear:
It is part of the awakening process.

We are being given thousands of opportunities a day to choose:

  • Judge the shiny object?
  • Or feel the soul behind it?

Every scroll is a fork in the road.
Every trigger is a choice point.
Every reaction is an opportunity to rise in consciousness.

This is not accidental. This is training.

Knowing vs. Reacting

We are entering a new phase of human development where the question becomes:

Do I react to the physical?
Or do I know the soul?

These are two entirely different frequencies.

Judgment, outrage, polarization — these are low-frequency reactions.
Compassion, curiosity, sovereignty — these are high-frequency knowing.

Choosing to “know” instead of react raises the vibration of the planet itself.
Even one moment of heart-centered awareness strengthens the global field.

Holding the Light in a Fearful World

The world is moving through chaos. People are afraid. And fear creates reactions — hatred, violence, separation.

Lightworkers are here to hold the higher frequency.

Not by being perfect.
Not by never slipping.
But by choosing — again and again — to see through the heart.

To acknowledge every human as a sovereign soul having the perfect experience for their evolution, even if the physical expression is painful or destructive.

A New Way of Seeing Humanity

When we say “I am human,” we are acknowledging:

  • Our physical lineage and psychological development
  • Our soul lineage and the choices made before incarnation
  • Our experiences, culture, and conditioning
  • Our higher purpose
  • Our complexities beyond physical form
  • Our connection to all other beings

Every person you meet carries this same depth.

Can you feel that when you look at them?
Can you sense the vastness of their humanness?
Can you see beyond the shiny object?

That is the invitation of this awakening.

Closing: Holding the Frequency of Knowing

You will have moments where judgment rises.
Moments where the shiny object distracts you.
Moments where fear wins.
That’s okay.
You are in a human body — that is part of the journey.

But each time you return to knowing…
Each time you choose to feel instead of react…
Each time you honor another’s divinity…
You add light to the planet.

And the more people who choose knowing, the faster the frequency rises.

As you read this, I feel your light.
I know your truth.
I honor the magnificent life your soul designed for you.

We are connected — always.

Hold the frequency.
Hold your knowing.
And let your light guide others home.

Light and love.
