Hello, ascended warriors. Welcome again to another episode of the podcast that helps to reframe the events that are most important in our world right now through a spiritual lens — bringing insight, clarity, and higher energy to the things that often make us feel most out of control and ungrounded.
This is the time of spirituality. This is the time of the lightworker. And I keep receiving that message, over and over again, in my meditations and in the information I channel.
Whenever you hear that chime in the background, know that it’s my indicator: pay attention, this part matters.
Why We Are Here
We have come into this world so many times, in so many different forms, and in this lifetime we chose to return during a period of great change. We are not here by accident. Each of us carries lessons, gifts, and light codes that are needed now.
Even when the world looks chaotic, even when events make us feel powerless, there is a deeper truth: everything is part of a divine plan for awakening.
The Role of the Lightworker
When I talk about being a lightworker, I don’t just mean healers or spiritual teachers. Lightworkers are anyone who remembers — or is starting to remember — that they are a soul having a human experience.
Our role is not to escape the challenges of this time, but to meet them with compassion, awareness, and strength. To reframe fear into opportunity. To hold a vibration of peace that helps others rise into their own light.
Overcoming Fear
Fear is the greatest illusion. It tells us that we are lacking, that we are unsafe, that we are separate. But we are not.
When fear shows up — whether in the form of news headlines, political division, or personal struggles — we have a choice. We can spiral into the illusion, or we can remember: I am a sovereign soul. I chose to be here. I have everything I need for this journey.
Practices like meditation, affirmations, or simply pausing to breathe bring us back to that truth.
Collective Ascension
I often describe the awakening process like light bulbs flickering on in a dark room. One turns on, then another, then another. Slowly, the whole room becomes illuminated.
That’s what’s happening now on Earth. Each time one of us remembers our soul nature, we inspire others to remember too. This is how collective ascension accelerates.
