Welcome back. This is Season 2 of Ascended Warrior Spiritual Codes for a Shifting World. This series is all about reframing what is happening in our current daily lives and helping us see those events through a spiritual lens — everything from massive earth changes like earthquakes, fires, tornadoes, all the way down into the political sphere.
What could the soul lessons be of our leaders at this time? Of the economic crisis? Last season was a really good dive into some of those critical topics. We talked about the economy, the shakeup in the global economy being about out-sourcing old systems that no longer serve us and breaking down hidden systems that we haven’t been aware of — or at the very least weren’t consciously aware were happening to us — like the debt system we’ve been subject to for hundreds of years.
With that chaos comes a lot of fear, so we dove into fear culture. Fear culture is one of those things that cannot be talked about enough in today’s age, because when you boil down what we’re feeling or experiencing, it often comes back to fear. Fear is the core feeling that leads to anger, hatred, polarization, and dehumanizing each other. It usually boils back down to fear.
We live in a system that wants us to be fearful. That’s important to recognize, especially if you’re a spiritual seeker, because you have control over your fear and how it makes you feel.
Not everybody can do that, of course, but spiritual seekers are awake to the fact that this is not how they want to live. They don’t want to live in a world that can control them. They don’t want to feel their emotions are outside of their control or fall into the illusion of systems that have been created for us. There is more to this life, and there is more to this world. I love pulling that apart — and this season is going to be no different.
Season Focus: Planetary Awakening & Shadow Work
This season we’re going to focus more on the signs that the planet is awakening: the movement of the energy centers of the planet and how we’ve seen that play out through history. We’ll talk about the mirroring of light work and shadow work, and how we can’t go into the utopian society we all want without healing the traumas we’ve collected.
This whole season is going to dive deep into what that means for us. How do we, as lightworkers, answer the call to support the planet’s awakening — the global consciousness awakening that is happening? It’s going to be a really good season, diving into those subjects.
As always, I preface this by saying: no matter how intelligent I think I am, this is not information that comes from my brain. This is information that comes from Spirit — that comes while I’m channeling and meditating, when I’m reading cards, and in things I’ve researched and learned through other people who channel. This is heart information, and I ask that anyone who listens to this show focus on it from that lens.
I like to talk about things that are fairly taboo if you live and listen from a place of fear. But if you feel into the subjects, if you open your heart and listen to them, it can change the very codes of your DNA. That’s what spiritual awakening is: bringing light and energy into the physical body, allowing the physical body to hold more light, and allowing you to connect more with your true self. We do that by opening our heart and feeling, versus only listening with the mind.
The Planet’s Kundalini Rising
With that said, the first episode of Season 2 is about the planet’s awakening itself — what that means, starting with the planet’s kundalini rising.
Kundalini is something we usually talk about in terms of individuals: the energy centers of the body, known as the serpent. As your energy centers — starting at the base — open up and radiate more light, the serpent rises through the body, through the energy centers, and uncoils, connecting you to your higher self and higher energy.
The planet also has a kundalini. It has an energy center that is rising. She is in her awakening. When I call the planet “she,” I mean that in the divine feminine sense. She is a perfect balance of divine feminine and masculine, but when you think of a being that houses all the souls of this world and provides unconditional love, support, and patience — that is Mother Earth, the ultimate mother.
Her rising was triggered in 2012. This was actually a physical movement of where her energy center had been to a new center. Her energy center is in a 13,000-year cycle. Every 13,000 years that energy shifts.
For the last 13,000 years leading up to 2012, the kundalini center was located inside the Himalayan mountains — Tibet, Nepal, India — the energy centers that were the mecca for religion for 13,000 years. People felt called to go there and be part of those spiritual centers.
In 2012, she officially finished her move to a brand-new center down in the Andes in South America. Her energy shifted from the northern hemisphere to the southern hemisphere, and with that comes major changes.
From Masculine to Feminine Cycles
The northern hemisphere was known for its masculine energy. For 13,000 years we lived in masculine creativity, intellect, and mind energy over emotion and heart. The masculine was the focus.
Now with this new shift, the focus is shifting into divine feminine–like energy centers — healing, heart versus mind. It’s a really exciting time, but with that shift comes chaos, great change, and turmoil. The movement of this energy center is not just her rising; it’s mirrored in us too.
You might remember — or have heard — that leading up to 2012 people talked about it like the end of the world. It was the end of the Mayan calendar. There were no dates past this. There was even a whole movie about it, portraying the world crumbling and dying.
But that’s not what it meant. The end of the Mayan calendar was the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one. They saw, based on their research into the stars and planetary movements, that a new energy cycle would begin in 2012. That date has been mirrored through ancient traditions around the world — prophecies of the energy changing from masculine to feminine.
In the Andes, there’s a prophecy known as the Eagle and the Condor. They said that at one point, the eagle and the condor flew together — the eagle being the masculine mind energy and the condor being the feminine heart energy. After living in harmony for thousands of years, they flew apart. It became the time of the eagle. Now the condor has come back into play and they are learning to fly together again in balance and harmony.
There are other prophecies too — about the rising of the children of the sun, the rising of the lightworker being here for the transition, remembering our origins and our connection to source and heart, and helping bring in the Great Awakening, the time of the sun.
Channeled Teachings & Humanity’s Choice
If you look at more modern teachings such as Kryon — channeled by Lee Carroll since the late 1980s — he has often spoken of the moving of the kundalini.
In the late 1980s he said humanity was being given a choice between that time and 2012 — what he called “the Great Shift.” Humanity was being given the opportunity to stay asleep or to awaken. It was a trillion small opportunities, chances to go right or left. Our decisions as beings would either raise the energy of Earth to the point where it could make this shift, or maintain the frequency so we stayed in the old energy.
As 2012 approached, Kryon’s messages shifted, saying that we did it — that there were enough lightworkers in the world who brought in the frequencies of compassion and heart to stabilize the kundalini’s move and bring in this new age of the divine feminine.
He has this beautiful quote: “The kundalini of Earth has moved to the land of the condor to ignite the new phase of human compassion.” That’s the energy we’ve been living in since 2012.
History as a Mirror of the Kundalini Movement
The cycle we’ve experienced is fascinating. I wanted to share how that cycle was mirrored in human history while the kundalini was moving from the Himalayas to the Andes.
Traditionally, where it was located in and around Tibet, it was a center of masculine spirituality. People felt called to go there to learn, but it was a very “cut off” form of spirituality: you isolated yourself, it was about quiet, your own internal journey — and that’s where it mostly stopped.
As the feminine energy moves through, the spiritual mission shifts. Instead of evolving so that “I can live quietly and happily in a cave,” it becomes: I am evolving so I can bring new frequencies into the Earth and help awaken others.
In the past, the masculine energy was an insulated spirituality — even breaking it down into “this is the right way to be spiritual and this is the wrong way.” That has changed. Now it’s about individual spirituality with the mission of giving back and helping others through compassion and heart.
When kundalini starts to awaken in the planet, just as with a person, it can create upheaval — growth through crisis and transformation. The planet has been going through that and continues to do so. This is a four-generational transition. It doesn’t happen overnight.
Climate change, social unrest, economic collapses — these are all signs of the kundalini moving and rising. To bring in new systems, we have to get rid of old systems that no longer serve us. We have to purge and rebalance everything that was created in the old masculine energy.
Closing Reflections
As we move deeper into this integration phase, the invitation is to connect more fully to heart, to Earth, and to your own light. The world may feel chaotic, but that chaos is also a catalyst for awakening. Lightworkers are here to hold the ground, to be a calm center in the storm, and to help anchor the frequencies of compassion, truth, and love for the next cycle of humanity.
